The Oppenheimer Conference and Banqueting Centre overlooks the town square within the Gold Reef City Theme Park. This beautiful, antebellum-styled venue hosts three different conference venues suited to just about any event you can dream of.  It is situated on landscaped grounds, abounding with the charm of an elegantly decorated plantation mansion.

Venue One : The Presidents Room

The Presidents Room is the smallest of the three venues and can accommodate business meetings and functions from just 10 guests to a formal black tie dinner for up to 56 guests. This room was purposely built for the President of The Chamber of Mines to entertain international guests and senior mining personnel at the large mining companies. The décor is styled in turn-of-the- century décor of the old mining days. Adjacent to the room, you will find an old styled gentleman's lounge where welcome drinks and snacks are often served. Whilst silver service is the preferred option, a selection of buffets are also available for this venue, which is 14m (l) x 7m (w), providing 98m² of venue space. Venue Two: The Oppenheimer Gold Room

The Oppenheimer Gold Room is so named for its exquisitely decadent gold chandeliers hanging from very high ceilings as well as the ivory and gold decorative wallpaper. This is a popular venue for weddings offering seating for up to 140 guests. It is also an ideal venue for corporate functions and dinner/dance events. This room has its own bar and opens onto the verandah. It also inter-leads to the Platinum Room so it can be used as a breakaway venue if your function is hosted in the Platinum Room. Venue Three: The Oppenheimer Platinum Room

The Oppenheimer Platinum Room is the largest venue on offer and is truly a multi-purpose venue for conferences, product launches, dinner/dance, weddings and gala banquets. The Platinum Room opens out onto the gardens and the enchanting Victorian gazebo, which can be used to welcome guests with a refreshing drink or as a garden wedding chapel. Overall, this venue can accommodate up to 450 guests banquet-style, but additional space can be acquired via the adjacent Gold Room through inter-leading doors, if needed.
